Looking for STR Appraiser in Hot Springs, Arkansas
Does anyone know of or have recommendations for an STR Appraiser in the Hot Springs, Arkansas area? My lender is having a tough time finding an appraiser that appraises based on potential STR income. They've been at it for a couple of weeks now with no luck.
