Looking to Partner for experience

I’m just starting out on my real estate journey as an agent, but I’m also looking to dive into wholesaling and working with investors. Excited to be here and connect with like-minded people!
I’m currently seeking to connect with wholesalers, ideally based on Long Island or within the NY Tri-State area. I’m eager to collaborate and would love to trade my time for deal experience, guidance, and possible some mentorship in the wholesaling space.
Right now, I’m focusing on building out a solid buyers/investors list to establish a strong network before jumping into putting any houses under contract. That said, I love prospecting, so by collaborating, I’d be happy to assist an active wholesaler and work on joint ventures, trading sweat equity in exchange for hands-on experience and guidence.
