Finding an agent in Tennessee

Hey there! I am looking for my my first STR investment, ideally something within a few hours of middle Tennessee that can be my family vacation home and an STR. I am open to buying land and building or finding an existing home. The BiggerPockets agent tool restricts its search to a specific market. Since I do not even have a specific market in mind, other than a radius of a few hundred miles of Nashville, how can I find a trusted RE agent to help me identify and vet potential prospects? Thanks!
