One flip and one LTR
Hi guys, I signed up a few months ago, but this is my first time engaging. I did one flip in 2021 and purchased a triplex earlier this year in January. I did most of the renovations myself. I am looking for HML, PML and GC. I am open to meeting new/seasoned investors and looking for ways to improve ourselves (locally) its a tough market here in AZ.
