People in Houston (Anyone really)!
If you started from bottom (little to no money saved up) how did you start?
Saved up and loans?
Did you have a mentor?
How long did it all take?
Anyone start with a duplex? (Want this to be my first move)
I am interested so I have a mind frame for myself.
Also looking for mentor (willing to just hear and observe)
