Found a deal in JAX, FL

Hey everyone! My name is Gianfranco Casagrandi. I'm planning to move to Jacksonville, Florida, next year in August, but a friend recently found a great deal that might be perfect for a flip.

Does anyone here know of a good real estate investor in the area? Ideally, I’m looking for someone with solid knowledge and would be willing to walk me through the process step by step. Also, if anyone could recommend a reliable general contractor in Jacksonville to help execute the flip, that would be amazing.

What credentials does your friend have that found you the deal?(Is he a realtor, investor, other?)
