Grants for Residential Development

Hi BP, My family and I are working on a residential development in Cornelia, GA, where we’re self-funding our first build. We’re splitting a lot into two parcels, building one home first, and reinvesting in the second.

I’m looking for grant opportunities for infrastructure, land development, or new residential construction. I’ve reached out locally (e.g., Chamber of Commerce) but haven’t had much luck.

Any advice on specific grants or where to look would be greatly appreciated!
