hello.  do you have any more specific questions?  here are a few miscellaneous thoughts and questions

-can you house hack?  if you can, you should.  it's a great way to get started.

-cash flow is actually really tough right now because of interest rates being so high.

-are there any specific areas of RE that you're interested in?

-are you going to meetups and talking to other investors and networking?  if not, you should be
