Private Money Needed

    My partners and I are looking at deals constantly. I believe using a private lender would be easier and faster for deals. How do we go about finding private money?

Try networking locally, in your market, with lenders/investors that know that market.  You would be surprised at how opportunities arise once personal relationships are involved.
