Lynchburg VA Neighborhoods
I’m looking for opinions on neighborhoods in Lynchburg for long-term rental investing. I am not interested in being a slum lord; I prefer nice homes in the 350-450k range that have a good chance to appreciate and that attract stable renters with good incomes. I really like Forest and Boonsboro… any landlords/renters/residents have any insight or opinions on these areas? I own a country home in Bedford that I rent out but I live out of state.
