Financing for Glamping Site?

Hi BP, 

I've got a client I helped do a DSCR cash out refinance for that's looking for financing help for a glamping site in Narrowsburg, NY. He has his website built and a business plan that shows what he wants to do with the land.

I referred him over to a SBA lender who specializes in this kind of thing but ultimately he was denied due to his lack of experience with the business. 

I am not looking for anything in return, just looking for some contacts to introduce him to that may help. He's looking for 600k.
