Zillow Premiere Agent Campaign Collaboration
Hey All! My name is Liam Mallon and I am a Local Realtor and Investor and I'm looking for lenders who might want to collaborate on a Zillow campaign. The average conversion rate is 3%-5% But I have average much higher at 10% and have been marked as a Best Of Zillow Agent consistently.
This has produced the large majority of my business so I am looking to put more into it. I'm looking to do a 50 / 50 split with a lender I can run these transactions with. I'm looking to do this in the area of Brockton, MA as it is giving the best ROI and best price per lead, and considering an Ad-Budget total of $2,266 / Month For about 19 Direct Buyer Calls And 11 Buyer Nurture Leads For 30 Total leads per month. But could start with a higher or lower budget depending on the needs of anyone who wants to partner on this.
I Service both RI and Massachusetts, and work at HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate, Flagship office is in Warwick RI, but I am based in the East Bay and service all over.
