Refinance Transfer from personal to LLC

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a reputable lender to help refinance and transfer my STR property in North Myrtle from personal to LLC. I'd greatly appreciate your insights if you've had any positive experiences or can recommend reliable lenders for this transaction.

I don’t have a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan; it's BoE . I’m not sure if they allow a transfer without triggering the due-on-sale clause.
