Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a contract that can be signed with private money lender. Is there a contract that is available from Bigger pockets Pro. Or if someone has a contract/ template and is comfortable sharing. It will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Regards

It is in your best interest to find a local real estate attorney & have them draft up a note & deed of trust.
