I currently have a property under contract in Birmingham ,Alabama .Purchase Price 70k repairs estimated 20k ARV 125k , Rental income -1160 section 8 Exit strategy BRRR . Looking for a PML to fund the deal .Please only respond if you are an asset based lender not looking for credit score ,I am looking to work with a lender who's criteria is based off the numbers .Thank you
