House Hacking vs Renting Analysis Spreadsheet

I've been looking for a spreadsheet to analyze this decision. I saw one linked in this article but it seems to have been removed:

First time buyer here. I'm not sure it makes sense to be buying or even house hacking in my market vs renting (and putting excess savings into an index fund) without major renovations, but I just wanted to make sure I was doing things right and considering all the correct assumptions.
