Own 2bed/2ba house with separate Casita on 5 acres in North Palm Springs. Want to exchange part ownership with investor who will take over either renting out properties or fixing up and selling properties. I have already invested in new roof, electrical, solar system, windows, insulation. I don't want to invest anymore. Willing to sign over part ownership to someone willing to invest/manage the property.
