Seeking Multi-Unit Property in Tallahassee for House-Hacking!

Hi BiggerPockets community,

I'm Selene, and I'm currently in the Netherlands, where I own two investment properties. I'm planning to relocate to Tallahassee, Florida, and am looking to house-hack a multifamily property (2-4 units) with a budget of up to $500,000.

While I already have an agent, I'd love to connect with investors who may have leads on properties for sale, or anyone who has advice or tips to share. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
