Land Collateral Loans

Are there any lenders that provide collateral loans for land only?  I know they are out there, but not looking for the Big Brand banks, because the paperwork is too extensive and long.  But looking for alternative lenders that offer this product.  Client has 77 acres in Arizona.  Thanks.
