California Insurance Duplex
For the California people how are you going about insurance? We are looking at purchasing a duplex but i'm struggling to know exactly what i should be looking for.....One guy tried to sell us $1 million dollar insurance for a duplex that cost $550K to buy because it would cost a million dollars to rebuild and then he claimed that the cabinets in the tenants side would be owned by the tenants and i would only get covered to the studs.
