Grand Teton STR

Hi all,

I recently purchased the 12 acre farm I run in Victor, ID. We are 40 min from Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. I am working on a small development where I will sell a handful of residential lots, but I am also allowed to build 6 or so cabins for rentals as part of my farm and agritourism. It is a small scale diversified organic farm - mostly veggies and flowers. Think farmers market stand.

I am new to STR, as we only have LTRs. I would love some ideas for how to incorporate the farm into the rental experience. I am also looking for some ideas/directions for what to build that will provide the best rental performance and return. It is very expensive to build out here so I have also started looking at tiny houses and manufactured options.

I am also curious about funding. I think a construction loan and then refinanced into a DSCR loan? Maybe a business loan?
