Where do you go to find p2p lending? And is that the same as hard money?
I'm looking for an investor or lender that would be willing to work with me on nontraditional financing. I have a great opportunity for an investor that would like to make a profitable return on some real estate transactions. I've already tried everyone I know. I've had people go in on deals For 30,000 or less, but they are not willing to go in on bigger investments. I have also used hard money, before I understood that every broker is not made the same to say the least. Are there any websites platforms or databases where you have found reputable peer to peer lending?
