GC + Electrical Contractor recommendations

We have a 12-unit apartment complex in Live Oak that we need to do a partial rehab on (about $25k of work per unit) and run power to (it has the wiring but not the meters). Could someone recommend a contractor who would be able to tackle this? We also plan to build an additional 24 units (6 quadplexes) on adjacent lot once we stabilize the existing units, and would prefer to continue working with the same contractor for both jobs (if we're happy with quality and price).

As far as electrical, we need to inspect/remedy the current state of electrical wiring (property was vacant for extended time), install meters, and get it connected to the grid.
