Out-of-state investor here, under contract on my first duplex in Scranton. Would love to hear from those who have experience in the market. I'm looking for another property, yet it seems like I'm already late in the game. Is this an investor-heavy market? Is there rental demand? Have you found Scraton to be profitable?
