Acting as an intermediary for a well connected funding source. Looking to purchase underperforming loans/portfolios, preferably commercial but some residential can work if the numbers are right. Bridge loans also possible in certain avenues. Reach out to me to talk shop. Minimum of $10 million for deals to make sense except Florida market can be a bit lower.
