Options after lease expiry for tenant
I have a section 8 tenant that is looking for a home in a different section 8 department but have not found a house yet. Her yearly lease is expiring on May 31. I do not want to go for a month-to-month till she finds a place. What options do I have? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
