I went to a real estate event in Sacramento last night and saw this guest speaker named Matt Aitchison , I never heard of him before but found him to be a very good speaker and informative, he had a ton of good things to say about his experiences as an investor, flipper , wholesaler and his current activities in the commercial real estate business. Its amazing that he is doing business in my local market, Sacramento Ca. I got curious this morning and searched YouTube for any videos he might have online and found him on the Bigger Pockets podcast with Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin episode 166. I highly recommend you watch this episode , as there is a lot of relevant information on how to grow your real estate investing business. You'll even get to see Brandon Turner without the beard, he actually has a face.:~)
