I have a client looking to make significant investments in South Florida, She owns a condo in a 55+ community she wants to refinance, she also want to purchase 50 to 100 more for DSCR rentals. The problem is the community has a first position recreational lien on each of the several thousand properties within this retirement community. She's looking at $70,000 purchase price for each unit. She wants to purchase 3 to 5 units at a time. She has experience with rentals and a credit score around 800. I'm looking for a broker friendly lender who could help men on this.
