I'm looking to connect with reliable, investor-friendly contractors who specialize in value-add properties. Ideally, I'm seeking people who understand the investor mindset—budget-conscious, timeline-driven, and experienced with renovations that actually boost property value.

If you’ve worked with a solid GC, handyman crew, flooring, painting, kitchen/bath remodelers, etc., who get it and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty on BRRRRs, flips, or rent-ready renovations, I’d love to hear your recommendations.

I’m currently sourcing teams for upcoming projects and would love to build long-term relationships with pros who can grow with me.
