I have a Funeral Home that is for sale, that will be deed restricted by Seller for future use as a funeral home.  It has first floor chapel, offices, large "retail" space, restrooms, freight elevator.  Second floor apartment.  Third floor open office spaces.  Basement storage.

It's in our Downtown, across from the public library, on the bus route.  I'm looking for ideas of how to redevelop.  I think it would make a great hostel or some kind of housing, however it would not be an inexpensive undertaking.
