So I found a property in South Florida that can create (what I believe to be) a great cash flow opportunity for the right investor! One hour from West Palm Beach! The community itself is more of a rural vibe, as well as fishing, boating, hiking, and other outdoor activities! I want to get into wholesaling and I'm looking for mentors, investors, and others to help! I know many properties along the east coast and willing to accept finders fee until I gain enough capital!
