Hey @Jose Ramirez - I'd vouch for @Cam Schwartz above!  I've seen him closing several deals here in Chicago - definitely worth connecting with him.

In my experience with hard money lenders here in Chicago - the relationship will be the most essential thing NOT THE RATE.  While of course, all the numbers matter, having someone you can call and have a real conversation with when something comes up is more important in my playbook.
