Hiya
so many options for real estate coaching - looking for some feedback on other’s experiences.
What Im looking for: Portfolio analysis on how to optimize. I’ve managed to buy 11 units total and feel really proud about where I’m at, but feel like I could be a little further along. Should I sell and reinvest? Should I just sit and be patient? Should I further leverage and scale?
My goal is to either purchase a personal home free and clear, or have my rentals fully pay the mortgage. I could maybe do that now, but all my equity is trapped in my buildings.
Looking for a coach who can look at my numbers et al and help offer alternate ways forward.

Brendan what is your current leverage on your portfolio. The simple solution (if it is an option here) is to cash out refi a few of your properties to purchase a few value add deals that you can also pull equity out of down the line
