Hiya

so many options for real estate coaching - looking for some feedback on other’s experiences. 
What Im looking for: Portfolio analysis on how to optimize.  I’ve managed to buy 11 units total and feel really proud about where I’m at, but feel like I could be a little further along. Should I sell and reinvest?  Should I just sit and be patient?  Should I further leverage and scale?  

My goal is to either purchase a personal home free and clear, or have my rentals fully pay the mortgage. I could maybe do that now, but all my equity is trapped in my buildings. 

Looking for a coach who can look at my numbers et al and help offer alternate ways forward.

Hey @Brendan Chase, welcome to the BP Forum! Sounds like you might need to do a portfolio refinance. What is your current portfolio's LTV? I just helped a client in the Midwest do the same on 40 of his SFRs and he cashed out $1.2M! He went from around 50% LTV to just under 70%.
