Pros & Cons using BP Lease Agreements/Addendums

Justiniano Fernandez Campa
Posted

Looking for landlords who can offer their feedback/advice on using BP lease agreements. My tenants wants to renew their VA lease agreement which was created by a realtor whom I used for lease up service. Since I can't use their lease and recreating it is messy to say the least, I either hire an attorney or use BP lease which is as generic as you can easily find online.

Any reason why I should or should / should not use a generic lease agreement from online like BP's?  Thank you very much !!
