Property Management in Lansing, MI
Hey BP. I'm looking at a buy & hold deal in Lansing MI. The property is a duplex, with 1 tenant currently. When running the numbers, after all expenses (mortgage, taxes, insurance, repair/maintenance, capex, and vacancy) this place could cash flow pretty well. I'm looking for good property management companies in this area to connect with so I can build that into this analysis more accurately. Has anyone had success with property management in Lansing, MI?
