Poconos commercial land for glamping site

Hey everyone, I've had a lot of success with STR in the Poconos (Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, Albrightsville) and I'd like to build out a whole campsite with mini houses, amenities, etc.

Looking for roughly 3+ acre commercial plot of land with a nice secluded feel but not too far from basic shops, close to/already connected to power and ideally municipal water or proven underground water for wells.  

Any commercial agents or land owners you can point me to?  Happy to consider creative solutions, cheap land that needs tear down, etc. - open to ideas!  Thanks!
