My name is Neil Joshi, and I am excited to join the BiggerPockets community! I am based in Austin and work as the Content Manager for a special situations private commercial real estate Spectra Capital. We specialize in short term bridge loans of 3-12 months on loan sizes of $750K-$10M for property types that consist of industrial, retail, mixed-use, land development, and multifamily.
