Looking to Partner with a Licensed Realtor for MLS Access
Hi BiggerPockets Community,
I’m an active real estate investor looking to streamline my deal sourcing and analysis process by gaining direct access to the MLS. I’m seeking a licensed realtor who would be open to providing MLS access in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in exchange for a monthly payment.
A little about me:
- I’m an investor with experience owning and managing rental properties.
- I focus primarily on Northern Michigan but I am planning to expand into Dallas, TX.
- I’m looking to scale my portfolio and am highly motivated to find and analyze off-market and distressed opportunities quickly.
- I'm professional, discreet, and respectful of the privileges associated with MLS use.
What I’m Offering:
- A steady monthly fee for access to MLS search capabilities.
- No expectation of your time spent pulling comps, running reports, or assisting with analysis (unless you’re interested in working together on deals).
- Potential for future collaboration on investment deals if there's mutual interest.
Ideal Arrangement:
- I would operate strictly under your supervision or account structure as required to stay compliant.
- I understand the importance of maintaining ethical and MLS-compliant usage.
- Open to discussing a simple agreement to protect both parties.
If you're a licensed agent open to an easy way to generate some passive monthly income, or know someone who might be, I’d love to connect!
Feel free to DM me here on BiggerPockets or drop a comment and I'll reach out.
Thanks for your time and consideration!
Chris

I don't see anyone risking their license to make a little passive income. In Texas it is illegal and in violation of the MLS agreement that we have. I would suggest to do what Bruce Lynn suggested
