Conroe Property Management
I'm looking for a property management recommendation for Conroe, TX. We have a 10 unit apartment building that needs a professional management company. Someone with good communication skills, that follows up on details and willing to market the property. Not just list on MLS. We are out of town investors so it is critical we have someone we can trust. We owned this property for three years however the current PM is not meeting our needs. Our contract comes up for renewal in July. This is a nice property that is underperforming due to poor management.
