We are looking to invest in the Cleveland rental market, primarily Section 8 housing. We are looking for a reputable property management company. We have several units in Connecticut that we manage ourselves. We know investing out of state means having a solid property management company.

You’ll want someone with direct experience working with housing authorities, who understands inspections, rent approvals, and compliance. Make sure they have solid maintenance systems and good communication ideally with an owner portal and fast response times.
