Looking for a mentor

Hey all as the title says. I'm looking for a mentor who can guide me as I start this journey. Someone who has  already done a deal and know where to look to find deals. Any guidance is appreciated !

Hey Marisa, welcome to the forums, this is a very powerful place.  don't know alot about you or what you are looking to acomplish but there are many different asset classes and property types out there to get into.  

I'd recommend trying to connect with people operating in either your market if its local or the market you are interested in, and see if there's a way you can get involved on the front lines.  Doing is the best way to learn and many people in this business are so busy they can't even lift their heads up to ask for help.  Plenty of value to be added.
