I am currently looking for a 3+ unit building 675K - 1.5M price range. Areas of interest are Leominster, Fitchburg, Ayer. This is a price for terms deal. I will pay top value for your property in exchange for allowing the sale of my property (currently at 25% LTV). The proceeds will be used for purchase (1031).
