Tax Implications Selling or Gifting LLC % Portion

Hi BP,

Can someone help me with understanding the basics of tax implications of either 1) selling or 2) gifting my llc ownership to the other 50% partner?

Tax implications from a grantor and grantee perspective would be helpful.

Looking for tax professionals at the moment for a consult but any advice would be very much appreciated.
