Hey everyone —

I’m looking for a reliable local co-host or part-time support person to help manage a high-end short-term rental in the 30A / Santa Rosa Beach area. This is not for full-service property management — I plan to self-manage remotely, but need a strong boots-on-the-ground partner.

Ideal Fit:

• Someone who can coordinate cleanings, inspect between guests, and handle occasional issues or walkthroughs

• Comfortable being on call for turnovers or guest support

• Bonus if you know PriceLabs, Turno, or other STR tools

• Pay structure is flexible — retainer + per turnover or % of gross
