Versie Gaddis
Posted

Hello, I'm investing out of state and I'm looking for contractors/agents who can provide the ARV of the property I'm interested in. I'm also looking for the contractor who can do the work. I'm currently interested in Dallas, Texas. However, I'm looking for a deal regardless of location. Thanks guys!!!

Hi Versie,

Great to see you exploring out-of-state investing. For ARVs, I recommend working with an investor-friendly agent who can provide comps based on renovation scope and strategy. When sourcing contractors, stick to referrals from trusted investors and always request itemized bids and past work examples.

Also, consider looking into Midwest markets like Indianapolis, Kansas City, or Cleveland, lower entry costs and strong rental demand make them ideal for BRRRR and long-term holds.
