I'm a couple months away from seriously looking into lenders for pre-approval. As I am looking for lending for my first multi-family purchase, what are good lenders in the Cleveland area to maybe reach out to? I'm looking for some down-payment assistance and first-time buyer programs, looking to do a house hack on a duplex.
