Ground up construction partnership
Anyone interested in doing ground up construction in San Francisco Bay Area with me ? I have been looking to do one, I see lots that are available, been speaking to GCs to get a rough idea on what it would take to build one. Plan is to sell once certificate of occupancy is obtained, assuming market doesn't crash at the right moment. This would be my first venture into real estate construction world. Flexible on partnership agreements, can write up a contract with a lawyer if interested in doing a JV via LLC.
