I’m an out-of-state investor looking to find a TRUSTWORTHY and experienced property manager for my duplex in Columbus, Ohio.

I’m specifically looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with out-of-state investors

• Offers transparent pricing and doesn’t nickel-and-dime

• Helps maximize rental income while protecting the property’s value

• Handles leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and detailed financial reporting

Hey Shirley, before I was an investor agent, I was an investor and currently 10+ rentals here in Columbus so I've tried whose good and whose bad for PMs (i have reached and tried out dozens at this point).
