Tech Nerd Getting into RAL & NNN CRE in Phoenix Metro

Hey everyone — excited to be here and finally introduce myself!

My name is John, and I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona. I come from a tech/startup background, having built and scaled a few digital products over the years, and I’m now turning my focus toward commercial real estate investing.

I currently own 2 investment (residential) properties between Denver and Phoenix, but I’m actively looking to get deeper into:

  • Residential Assisted Living (RAL) — I’m especially interested in acquiring 5–10 bed homes and partnering with licensed operators, or operating them myself after becoming licensed.

  • Triple Net (NNN) leases — I want to build a portfolio of stable, cash-flowing assets across the country, starting locally in Arizona.

My goal is to grow a purpose-driven, cash-flow-focused portfolio and connect with others in the CRE world who are operating, investing, or syndicating in these spaces.

📩 If you’re:

  • - A licensed Assisted Living Operator looking for a capital partner

  • - Experienced in NNN deals and willing to mentor someone new.

  • - Local to AZ and open to grabbing coffee or chatting deals!

…I’d love to connect!

Looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing wherever I can!
