Need a wholesaler to JV

I'm currently looking to partner with experienced wholesalers on JV deals. I have a list of hedge fund buyers/buyers in general actively looking to purchase properties right now.
What I bring to the table:
- Direct access to hedge fund buyers
- Ability to provide introductions to sources of funding and equity
- Tools and strategies to build targeted buyer lists
- Some ability to locate off-market properties
What I need:
- You bring the off-market deals and get them closed – I’ll help get buyers and have them funded.
